By accessing and using the MuTeYu application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our application.
2. Description of Service
MuTeYu is a platform that provides access to digital content, specifically exclusive and premium wallpapers. Users can acquire these digital goods through direct purchases (like Lifetime Access), participation in community events, or via an internal gamified "Merits" system where users can gift or unlock wallpapers.
3. Digital Goods & Refund Policy
Important Notice on Digital Purchases:
Due to the nature of digital goods (wallpapers), all sales and Lifetime Access purchases are final and non-refundable once the digital content has been accessed, downloaded, or applied to your account. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you waive your right to a refund.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All wallpapers, designs, graphics, and content available on MuTeYu are the intellectual property of MuTeYu or our respective artists.
- Personal Use Only: Wallpapers downloaded from MuTeYu are strictly for your personal, non-commercial use on your own devices.
- Prohibited Actions: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly display our wallpapers on other websites or platforms without explicit written permission.
5. User Conduct and Event Participation
When using our community features, gifting systems, or participating in events, you agree that you will not:
- Submit malicious links (phishing, malware, etc.) to event forms. We actively scan submissions using Google Safe Browsing and will block unsafe URLs.
- Exploit, hack, or manipulate the "Merits" system, referral system, or event logic to unfairly gain rewards.
- Harass other users or abuse the gifting mechanisms.
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate the account of any user found engaging in malicious behaviour or system abuse, with no right to a refund.
6. App Availability and Modifications
While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, MuTeYu is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) at any time. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the app.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MuTeYu and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the application; (b) any unauthorized access to our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the app after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
